This is a 1950s Lithograph found in a French Book of Birds: Nos Oiseaux, but from an original painted by Leo Paul Robert (1851 – 1923) in 1878.

Leo Paul Samuel Robert (1851-1923), or LPR as he signed himself was widely recognised as one of the best ornithological artists of his time and was greatly respected by his contemporaries such as Thorburn. He perhaps was most well known for his detailed and exhaustive paintings of ornithological subjects, which were quite popular at the time and reproduced in multiple formats.
